6.  STUDENT WITHDRAWAL

                     Parents intending to withdraw their child's admission from the school
                     shall submit the “Notice of Intention to withdraw pupil” form along
                     with a letter of request for withdrawal, duly signed by both parents
                     and/or  the  legal  guardian.  The  letter  shall  be  addressed  to  and
                     submitted to the respective Head.

                     The  School  Leaving  Certificate  shall  be  issued  after  receiving
                     confirmation of clearance of all outstanding fees/dues and return of
                     any books/resources issued by the school library.

                     Refund Policy

                     Notwithstanding  anything  to  the  contrary  contained  in  this
                     document, the refund policy shall apply to all students who have been
                     admitted to NMAJS, or are currently studying at NMAJS, or are getting
                     promoted/shifting schools from NMAJS to DAIS during or before the
                     beginning of an academic year.


                     If parents withdraw admission of their child or communicate to the
                     school their intention that their child will not attend the school at any
                     time before the scheduled date of commencement of the academic
                     year, the refund of Tuition Fee,Term Fee and other charges / fees will be
                     subject to the following provisions:

                     (i)  If parents withdraw admission of their child or communicate to the
                        school their intention that their child will not attend the school at
                        any  time  on  or  prior  to  90  days  before  the  scheduled  date  of
                        commencement  of  the  academic  year,  100%  of  the  Tuition  Fee
                        paid to the school will be refunded.


                     (ii)  If parents withdraw admission of their child or communicate to the
                        school their intention that their child will not attend the school at
                        any time less than 90 days but on or prior to 45 days before the
                        scheduled date of commencement of the academic year, 50% of
                        the Tuition Fee paid to the school will be refunded.
