(iii) If parents withdraw admission of their child or communicate to the
school their intention that their child will not attend the school at
any time less than 45 days prior to the scheduled date of
commencement of the academic year, no refund of the Tuition Fee
paid to the school will be made.

(iv) If parents withdraw admission of their child or communicate to the
school their intention that their child will not attend the school at
any time on or prior to 90 days before the scheduled date of
commencement of the academic year, 100% of Term Fee paid to
the school will be refunded.

(v) If parents withdraw admission of their child or communicate to the
school their intention that their child will not attend the school at
any time less than 90 days prior to the scheduled date of
commencement of the academic year, 50% of Term Fee paid to
the school will be refunded.

(vi) If parents withdraw admission of their child or communicate to the
school their intention that their child will not attend the school at
any time before the scheduled date of commencement of the
academic year, the amount paid to the school towards school
transport services, school lunch, will be refunded.

After commencement of the academic year / term, whether or not
a student joins classes, under no circumstances will the Tuition
Fee, Term Fee and other charges / fees paid to the school for any
term be refunded if parents communicate their intention to
withdraw their child from the school or the child leaves school
before the end of that term, for any reason.
