4. Appeal Process: If the student/parent is dissatisfied with the
decision made by the Section Head, they may appeal to the
school's Dean/CEO. The appeal must be made in writing and
submitted within five school days of receiving the decision. The
Dean/CEO will review the complaint, the investigation, and the
decision, and will make a final decision. The decision of the
Dean/CEO is final. The outcome of the appeal will be
communicated by the Dean/CEO to all parties within 14 days.

e) Fee Payment Schedule

The tuition fee and charges for school bus service and lunch are
payable quarterly; the term fee is payable half-yearly. The fees for the
first quarter are to be paid before commencement of the academic
year, as per the dates communicated by the school. The dates for
payment of fees for all four quarters of the academic year 2024-25 are
as follows:

** This is not applicable to students who were admitted in the academic year
2024-25 and paid the full fees for the First Term at the time of admission.

Please note that non-payment of fees within the due dates mentioned
above will attract late fees as below:

● Payment overdue for up to 10 days: Rs. 50 per day of delay

● Payment overdue beyond 10 days: Rs. 100 per day of delay

The school fees and charges are to be paid online through the DAIS
parent portal.
