3-Way Conference: Students set goals with the guidance of teachers,
as next steps in their learning. During the conference, they share their
goals with their parents/guardians and involve them in the process.
Together, all stakeholders share in the learning, identifying goals/next
steps for progress.

Student-Led Conference: Students share their learning journey with
parents/guardians, taking ownership and reflecting; showcasing their
learning via centers and engagements that they have created or co-
created with peers & teachers. This could include using their digital
portfolios, as a guide for their learning journey in the PYP and MYP.

b) Orientation Sessions and Learning Walks

Orientation sessions are held for parents at the beginning of each
academic year, to acquaint them with the procedures and practices
followed at the school and the changes that come with transition.
Learning Walks are also conducted across the year on various
elements of the programmes.

5. PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The school expects parents to attend Orientations, Parent-Teacher
Meetings, and school functions as per the schedule communicated to
them, and thus show their interest in their child's school activities.

Parents are expected to support and reinforce the school rules and
policies. They should also familiarize themselves with the Parent
Handbook for important school policies and guidelines.

a) Visits to School

As part of the school's security system, all parents visiting the school
must follow the school security protocol as laid down from time to
time. Parents are not allowed to meet students during class hours
without the permission of the appropriate Section Head.
