A light green band on the card signifies that a pick-up authorization
is required for collecting the child from school or the bus. This is
mandatory for children from Nursery to Class V. A corresponding light
green pick-up authorization card must be presented to the security at
school or to the bus hostess when picking up the child.
(i) Lost Student ID Card
If a student loses their ID card, the following procedure must be
followed:
● Apply for a replacement on the School Parent Portal with a
payment of Rs. 1,000/-.
● The student can collect a temporary ID card from the security
cabin after applying.
● The school will notify the parents when the duplicate ID card is
ready.
● Upon notification, the parent / student must exchange the
temporary ID card for the duplicate ID card at the school reception.
Strict action will be taken against students applying for a duplicate
card without having lost the original.
If the ID card is lost more than once, an explanation must be
provided to the Section Head, and written permission from the
Head is required before processing another duplicate ID card.
(ii) Attendance with ID Card
The school ID card is also used to electronically mark attendance on
school buses and at school gates for students using cars, both during
entry and exit.
If a student forgets their ID card for a day, they must obtain a one-day
card from the security cabin, which must be returned at the end of the
day. If a student forgets their ID card three times in a month, parents
will be notified, and the student will have to wait at the reception until
