The Head of Student Council, Council Coordinator, and Sports
Coordinator form the Core Council (from Class VIII). The Core Council

importance of democratic principles through their own hands-on

                 3. STUDENT SUPPORT

                 a) Student Care Department

The school provides an inclusive learning environment that
encourages children to bring out the best in themselves. The School
recognizes the importance of creating a support system accessible to
all students. Additional support and resources such as differentiated
teaching and learning strategies, Individualized Educational Plans
(IEPs), assistive technology and pastoral care are provided to students
with learning or social-emotional challenges, enabling them to
                     perform to their potential.

The Student Care department encompasses Learning Support and
Counselling services. Learning support is extended to students with
temporary or short-term learning challenges and those with special
educational needs (SEN). Counselling and pastoral care is extended to
all students with social-emotional and behavioral needs. The Student
Care Team helps students understand and accept challenges that
they face at school and equips them with skills to effectively deal with
them. It supports parents and teachers in appreciating differing
learning abilities and psychological needs of students. Appropriate
action plans are put in place to optimize their learning. The team also
plans and collaborates with the homeroom teachers, class teachers,
