required by them in any unforeseen circumstance.
f) Use of Student Images and Work
The School may, at its discretion, use photographs, films or work of
students in school or during school activities, event and trips.
g) Lost and Found Items
To support students to take responsibility for their belongings in
school and on trips, all belongings must be clearly labelled with their
full name and class.
Lost materials are categorized into everyday items and valuable items.
The procedure for recovering lost items is:
(i) Everyday Items such as water bottles, lunch boxes, stationery,
books, shoes and clothes are deposited in a storage area. Students
who have lost items will be directed to this area. If the lost items are
unclaimed after 30 days, the school will donate them to the NGOs
the school partners with.
(ii) The list of all valuable items such as calculators, wallets, jewellery,
watches, pen drives, etc is displayed near the reception at all times.
Students are expected to claim their lost items from the security
cabin at the main gate, after filling in the required form.
If a student finds a lost valuable, he/she is required to hand it over at the
security cabin at the main gate.
h) Student ID Card
Students are issued multi-purpose, smart Photo Identity Cards. These
cards come in two colors: light brown for students using the school
bus and blue for those using private transportation. The card includes
information regarding lunch and school bus facilities. Students must
display their ID card while at school.
