schedule. As these events culminate, we celebrate the realisation of
the vision and mission of our school and get ready to usher in the New
Year with renewed resolve and zeal.
h) Annual Athletic Meet
Students are trained through the year to nurture their sporting talents.
In addition to training for team games, track and field events, Inter-
House tournaments are held in Football, Basketball, Cricket, Touch
Rugby, Taekwondo, Judo, Table-tennis, Badminton and Squash.
i) Learning Outside the Classroom
School trips are important extensions of experiential learning
opportunities outside the classroom and are central to holistic
education and development. Across the school, students have
opportunities to go on local trips aligning with the curriculum. As they
transition through the class levels, the trips increase in range and
extent, including those relating to academics, service activities,
exchanges, adventure and international events.
In Classes IV to VIII the students will experience an away from home
overnight trip.
Students are encouraged to participate in optional trips that are
offered. (eg: Ski trip, Snow Leopard Adventure) These trips are
supervised by teachers and staff, with the safety of the children given
paramount importance. The same regulations and expectations as are
applicable on regular school days, apply during school trips. A student
will not be permitted to leave the group or meet with anyone when
they are out on a trip, unless prior permission is given by the Section
Head concerned.
Students are ambassadors of our school, hence they should always be
courteous and well-behaved.
