model also leverages the school’s foundational principles and best
practices over the last two decades. The Strategic Direction ‘Well-being’
takes an all-encompassing view of the welfare and satisfaction of all
teachers and staff, as against the earlier definition of limiting it to student
well-being. The Strategic Direction ‘Environment’ presupposes that the
physical space, technology infrastructure, human resources, financial
resources, and all other requisite resources must work in tandem to
achieve the Strategic Plan. The Strategic Direction ‘Partnerships’ signifies
how the school’s student body can benefit through a multi-pronged
approach of strengthening the connect with the alumni and parents, and
by expanding the network with individuals and institutions, far and wide,
                 with educational relevance.

With clearly articulated objectives, strategies, measures of success,
resources needed, lists of people responsible, timelines, and evaluation
plans, the strategic plan 2023-2028 envisions NMAJS achieving its
objectives in a culture of excellence and in pursuit of school improvement
that is on a continuum. A complete version of the same is shared on the
                 school website.
