h) Parent Portal
A comprehensive Parent Portal is in place to streamline and automate
various administrative processes. The software integrates multiple
modules and functionalities, covering various aspects of school
operations, such as admissions, student information management,
attendance tracking, fee collection, transport management,
canteen/snacks payment, medical records, and more.
i) Child Protection
The school is committed to safeguarding and protecting the rights of
children in its care, including their right to be protected from harmful
influences, abuse and exploitation. We ensure compliance of the Child
Safeguarding and Protection Policy through annual orientations and
sensitization training for all employees, support staff, auxiliary staff
and children. All stakeholders are made aware of the policy and
procedures.
As per this Policy, there is a Child Protection Panel (CPP) to act on any
complaint received. The panel comprises 3 staff members :
