Global Citizenship at NMAJS
We want our young learners to develop the knowledge, skills and values
to engage with the world as global citizens which is a privilege that comes
with a set of rights and responsibilities. Our aim is to promote this
understanding and help our students contribute to build a fairer, safer
and more secure world.
Thus at NMAJS, Global Citizenship means:
● celebrating the Indian ethos of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' - 'the
world is one family'.
● understanding and appreciating our own cultural identity, whilst
acknowledging and respecting diversity.
● making real-world connections with an awareness of and
involvement in local and global issues.
