NMAJS Tour for PYP Parents
A guided school tour was conducted for the parents of the PYP students at NMAJS to give them an insight into their children's daily learning environment. The tour aimed to strengthen the home-school connection by acquainting parents with the facilities, routines, and specialist spaces their children experience throughout the day.
Parents were taken through the vibrant learning spaces, including classrooms designed to support exploration and collaboration, as well as specialist rooms such as the Learning Center, Satellite Libraries, Music Rooms, Art Rooms, Black Box, Dance Studio, Sensory Room, Teachers’ Lounge, Science Labs, Auditorium and the Collaboration & Social Areas. They also observed the outdoor Sports Field and the Sports Facilities that are integral to physical and social development in the formative years.
The Heads interacted with the parents, sharing how the environment and resources are thoughtfully used to nurture curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills in our young learners.
The tour was well appreciated by parents and helped foster a deeper appreciation of the school's holistic and child-centric approach.
