Harvard Debating Council Workshop 2025
The weekend of April 18th – April 20th saw NMAJS host the inaugural Harvard Debating Council workshop for India with 35 of our MYP, NMAJS students in attendance along with 15 students visiting from local Mumbai schools. These enthusiastic young participants enhanced their critical thinking skills, improved their public speaking, further developed their research and evidence use and, developed their cultural intelligence; the key skills of debating. However most of all they had 'fun' across the three days and, in bringing to the parent audience, some well fought debates. Thanks goes to Dr. Tripp Rebrovick, the Coach of Debate at Harvard, along with his team for coming to NMAJS. We look forward to this being the beginning of a great partnership with this prestigious institution.
