'Balanced Living' - A Class IV Exploration

Our Class IV students embarked on an exploratory journey investigating the human body and its interconnected aspects of social, emotional, mental, physical, and nutritional well-being. Through rigorous inquiry, they delved into key areas, including: Sleep, meditation, and mindfulness; strength and flexibility; stress management; nutrition- focusing on reducing sugar intake; bullying prevention; positive affirmations; digital detox and more.

Working collaboratively in smaller groups, the students developed essential self-management and research skills. They showcased their learning to the PYP community, building on their knowledge and demonstrating a profound understanding of holistic well-being. This student-led initiative fostered friendships, teamwork, and a deeper appreciation for healthy lifestyles.
